DIRECTOR OF CORE DESIGN AND PERFORMANCE

Industrial countries over a wide range of high-precision machining, precision machining, micro-machining, micro-mechanical and micro / nano technology, laser processing technology, electromagnetic processing technology, super-plastic composite processing technology and processing technology and other new processing methods.
A bachelor’s degree in mechanical, electrical or automobile engineering can get good placements in the industry. Those having IT specialisation also get decent posts and remunerations. Candidates holding diploma in Engineering or ITI certification can also carve a niche for themselves in this sector. The position involves leading, managing and coordinating Core Planning, Design & Optimization (PD&O) department within the Managed Services Organization. Engineering PD&O group will support Ericsson's Managed Services project, relating to multi-vendor/ multi-technologies in 2G/3G Core & Transmission network. Please note here Core means MSS, MSC, MGW, HLR, GPRS & Transmission network.

Main Responsibilities:
- Lead, Manage and facilitate Core Planning, Design & Optimization functions to provide effective and efficient delivery of engineering services under Managed Services organization.
- Achieve the network performance objective and ensure that the KPI are within the designed/agreed SLA limits.
- To ensure adherence to standard in the quality of Core network services.
- To adopt and implement the Core network processes as being followed worldwide.
- To monitor and update Core network planning & optimization engineers, of the developments taking place in different technologies/products.
- Build competency and efficiency within the department to support existing and upcoming technology requirements in elationship to project demands.
- Core Network design and system dimensioning.
