Business as a term is vast and career can be sketched out of any kind of business under taken. Analysing the need of the consumer and implementing it to produce the right product defines how the IT resources can operate within the organization and boost the success of the business at the end of the day. To run a successful bussiness understanding the exact need of the consumer is the basic and to make the right use of the understanding is the next step. Henceforth, the understanding and the execution leads to the output i.e. the product. The entire process of understanding and guiding through to the end result is known as bussiness analysis. Business analysis is the discipline of identifying business needs and determining solutions to business problems. Solutions often include a systems development component, but may also consist of process improvement, organizational change or strategic planning and policy development. The person who carries out this task is called a business analyst or BA.

Carries out the activities included in a specific project throughout all stages (analysis, design, construction and implementation) meeting deadlines and fulfilling business expectations. Integrates the key information delivered by the planning areas of the region. Consolidates documentation of the Eastern Hemisphere standardizing use and forms of working, coordinating the Project Management Standards and Methodologies defined, making use of electronic files, naming conventions and project terminology. Generates project status reports, considering project tracking to comply with the terms defined in schedule.
