Monitoring GSM radion network performance via alarm and KPI and to find out abnormally performance site timely and either report to MS BSS team for troubleshooting or retune parameter and resolve the problem and need to move to another base station and continue to check all base station all around the places irrespective complaints. In depth analysis of reports and KPI's. Take the case and analyze KPI, draw some conclusion for trial and investigation. working in close coordination with the Managed Services and care teams for troubleshooting. Closely communicate with MS team and push for troubleshooting case. Optimize the network performance to reach KPI target like CSSR,DCR,HOS etc, carry out parameter trials. Take specific actions on KPI's. Analyze drive test log file to improve network quality. To analyze log file, and make relevant remedy to retune antenna or neighbor to improve road quality. Handle with customer complaint case. consideer the customer request to solve network problem and analyze the formula, counter to proposer proper formula for optimization.
