Now a days the usage of vehicles has become a lot which is effecting the environment in each every way and there is causing effect on natural resources and water pollutions etc., thereby it is causing the sound pollution.
Role:
- The recruitment is for Rail transit business in Asia covering the four regions namely, Hong kong, china, South East Asia and India.
- Report to the Asia Transportation Business Line Leader for the transit business.
- Act as primary contact to Regional Business Line Leaders across Asia, the Global Transit Leader and Corporate offices.
- Establish and maintain effective organizational structure.
- Develop and implement market sector strategic plan in conjunction with the corporate strategic plan
- Identify and act on changes in the business climate.
- Assess current talent against business needs (i.e., succession planning) and work with leaders to implement.
- Lead company activities in Marker sector with other geographies including global services as appropriate (cross selling is important component of this work)
- Provide industry leadership through active participation in associations and organizations.
- Create culture of excellence consistent with our purpose and core values.
